Intense fragrance

Ella sprays essential oils without water, providing an intense and natural aroma. Simply insert the scented oil bottle, switch on Ella and enjoy the fragrance of your choice. Fragrance oil bottles in the sizes 5 ml, 10 ml and 15 ml can be inserted into the aroma diffuser. An empty 15 ml bottle is included and can be easily filled with the scent of your choice.

Intelligent light sensor

The integrated light sensor switches Ella on automatically in bright light and off in the dark. Perfect for use in the guest bathroom or anywhere where independent fragrance diffusion is desired.

Long battery life

The battery life of approx. 10 days (level 1, light sensor off) offers long-lasting fragrance enjoyment. Ideal for daily use without constant recharging. A USB-A to USB-C cable is included in the scope of delivery.

Different intensities

Ella has three different intensity levels. At level 1, Ella sprays every 5 minutes for 5 seconds, at level 2 every 3 minutes for 5 seconds and at level 3 every minute for 10 seconds.

Without BPA & BPS

This product does not contain BPA (bisphenol A) or BPS (bisphenol S). These substances are found in some plastics and are known to pose health risks. This is how we ensure the safety and peace of mind of our customers.

How many different intensity levels does Ella have?

Ella has three different intensity levels all of which work in interval mode.

  • level 1 Ella sprays every 5 minutes for 5 seconds
  • level 2 every 3 minutes for 5 seconds
  • level 3 every minute for 10 seconds

What is included with Ella

In addition to Ella, the scope of delivery includes an empty 15 ml fragrance oil bottle, a USB-A to USB-C cable and the manual. A power adapter is not included in the scope of delivery. To charge, you can connect the USB-C cable to Ella and connect the cable to a suitable power source (PC, external battery, USB socket or power adapter with 2A / 5V to a suitable power socket).

Can I switch off the LEDs on Ella?

Yes, the LEDs can be easily switched off using the “LED” button – very convenient in the bedroom.

How long does an essential oil bottle last?

How long an essential oil bottle lasts depends on various factors, such as the ambient temperature, whether and how long the device is connected to the power supply, the essential oil (pure, synthetic or mixed, as well as the quality of the oil) and its viscosity. The following information is a reference for a 10 ml bottle:

  • At intensity level 1: approx. 14 days
  • At intensity level 2: approx. 8 days
  • At intensity level 3: approx. 35 hours

The time periods were tested with the essential oil Relax at an ambient temperature of 23 °C, approx. 57 % relative humidity and Ella connected to the power supply.

Why does my Ella make a humming sound?

With the fragrance spray system of Ella, the essential oils are released directly into the air in fine droplets without the use of water.The brief spraying in intervals is accompanied with a slight humming sound.

The placement of Ella plays an important role in this. Depending on where she is placed, the noise can be perceived louder. A chest of drawers for example acts as a resonance body and amplifies the noise. We recommend testing different placements to find the ideal perception of the noise.

What bottle sizes can Ella be used with?

Fragrance oil bottles in the sizes 5 ml, 10 ml and 15 ml can be inserted into the aroma diffuser. An empty 15 ml bottle is included and can be easily filled with the scent of your choice. You must remove the dropper which is found inside of filled essential oil bottles before using them with Ella.

Which fragrance oils can I use for Ella?

In general, you can use all commercially available fragrance oils for Ella. However, we recommend using naturally pure essential oils. When buying essential oils, please pay attention to the ingredients and note that even natural essential oils can naturally trigger allergies. If you are unsure, consult a specialist like a doctor or pharmacist.

How long is the batterly life of Ella?

Ella has a battery life of around 10 days when operated on level 1 and deactivated light sensor. This is ideal for daily use without the need for constant charging. The battery life can be extended when the light sensor is activated. If the light sensor is not activated and Ella is set to level 2 or level 3, the battery life is less than 10 days. A USB-A to USB-C cable is included in the scope of delivery. To charge, you can connect the USB-C cable to Ella and connect the cable to a suitable power source (PC, external battery, USB socket or power adapter with 2A / 5V to a suitable power socket).
